This is a license agreement, not an agreement
for sale.
Christine-GIS (this software) is provided under the following
license which defines what you may do with this software, and
contains limitations on warranties. You agree to be bound by the
terms of this license agreement by downloading, installing, copying,
or otherwise accessing or using this software.
PERMITTED USES
You may use this software only on a single computer or network, and only by a single user at the same time. If you wish to use this software for more users, you will need a further license for each user. EVALUATION AND ACTIVATION
This software is not a free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. This software is full functional throughout the evaluation period. For using this software after the 21 day evaluation period an activation fee is required. Once evaluation period expired you won’t be able to evaluate this software again even if you reinstall it. Any time during evaluation period or after you can get activation code. When activation fee is received you will be sent an activation code which allows you to use this software without time limitation. USES NOT PERMITTED
You may not sell, rent or lease this software.
You may not modify this software or merge all or any part this software in another program.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this software and/or data format(s).

Use of software or hardware that reduces the number of electronic devices directly monitored or managed by this software or directly accessing or utilizing this software (sometimes called “multiplexing” or “pooling” software or hardware) does not reduce the number of licenses required; the number of licenses required would equal the number of distinct inputs to the multiplexing or pooling hardware/software “front end.” SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS

This software is not fault tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of this software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage (High Risk Activities).
